Monica Reese is the Founder & CEO of a-Suite, LLC, a Staffing & Concierge organization based in New York City.  

With over two decades of experience in the alternative investment space and while working for some of the most prestigious hedge funds in New York City, Monica has built an incredible network globally.  She has firsthand knowledge of C-suite executives and their needs and has worked with, hired, and trained hundreds of administrative professionals.

It is our belief, professional experienced Executive & Personal Assistants today have evolved into legitimate Human Partners requiring more skill and task problem solving abilities. Firms and companies alike are looking more and more for out-of-the-box thinking when sourcing their professional staff. 

Technology and its incredible advancements allow us to work remotely and more efficiently but there is no greater importance in the role of an assistant or concierge rep than that of one who is a trusted human you interface with daily.
